will host its fourth annual overseas conference at the
Caleta Hotel in Gibraltar from 14th to 17th October
2004. Highlights will include sessions on 'Cross Border
Relations in a Modern Europe', and 'The EU Constitution'.

Our first session will focus on a comparative study
of the two relationships, highlighting the historical
and political backgrounds and areas such as political
development and cooperation, security and other issues
of mutual interest.

With its impressive stature, the Rock of Gibraltar
is a beacon which signals the position of the Strait

Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

of bridging the gap of social and economic disparities
between the two west Mediterranean shores
